I have been trying to seek help/support for a while, but it has been hard to find a doctor locally that had availability. I was on a 18 month long waitlist to see a local psychologist. I felt like the clinician listened to my concerns and is here to partner with me in finding the best ways to address how ADHD is impacting my daily life.
