OK but problems

The product appears to have worked as advertised. The ordering process was frustrating. I provided my coverage requirements is square feet. DC told me I would need two quarts of stain and one gallon of sealer. As it turned out the two quarts was not enough. I had to purchase a full gallon when I only needed one quart, almost an additional $100. I asked for help on the cost which was denied. Then i went to put on the sealer and found that the plastic seal on the opening had fallen off and mixed with the sealer. I told DC and they told me to use a filter. After looking at the cap it looks like the loaded the container when it was hot and when it cooled down a vacuum was created inside the container sucking the seal in the container.
