Shoe is great, but price is no good !

Just purchase this lovely & comfort shoe with happy mood, but soon it goes down to the bottom. Price is now from 89 down to 64. What a surprise ! Ha. Wondering if Allbirds will send me 25% off coupon or else.

Allbirds stiffed me

I never received the shoes. When I called customer service they claimed the package was lost on transit. I had ordered with a second item but the FedEx receipt shows the item weighed 1lb. There is no way 2 pairs of shoes weighed 1lb. Allbirds lied to me so I am disappointed with them at this time and not sure I will ever buy from them again.

Size does not fit; and, I can't return it.

These shoes do not fit. I ordered a size 8. They are too small and it is a sale that I can't return the item. I am very disgusted with this company.

They were much too large and I returned them. The return process was very easy and I received a refund to my credit card quickly.
