I placed an order and it was the cutest sweatshirt ever but way too big. I emailed and called the store about an exchange and they made it very easy and even pulled the smaller size out of stock so that it would be available for me. . I will shop here again.

Fun store, with a ton of great clothing and accessories options. And staff were very friendly.
