As if that was not enough, he searches out distinctive burls to enhance the visual appeal of the knife. Additionally, he has developed the handle to ergonomically fit the hand, lessening stress. No other knife I have ever owned was created to do that! In my opinion, these are the best carving knives created today, anywhere!
