I had bought the 1. 0 version of this bag when it first launched, back when DB was still called DoucheBags, and loved it. After over 11 years of duty, that bag was due for retirement. The 2. 0 version does not disappoint. It kept all the features I loved with the old version (roomy enough for 2 pairs of skis + poles + shovel, probe and assorted gear, burly construction, foldable when empty) and improved it with better wheels, stronger attachement for the detachable handle and a cool camo fabric. Expensive but well worth it!

taking on a 14 day ski trip to Japan so will leave a longer review later after the trip but the luggage is beautifully made and very light for what it is.

We needed something that made loading the car early in the morning a non-issue for us so we can make our coffee and hit the road. The hugger bootpack is absolutely perfect for it, all the gear in a simple grab and go with really nice interior protective material so wet boots won't leak out all over the car if we missed some snow while loading them back up
