My DB hugger 20L has only just been delivered. Very happy with it IRL. I won’t be able to give a proper review until I take it travelling next month. My first impression of it is that it exceeded my expectation. Can’t wait to take it on some adventures.

Extremely high quality products and exemplary customer service. Often when things go wrong a business shows it’s true colors, and I can say Db is beyond reproach. My original purchase had a small fault, and I can say dealing with Db was a pleasure and they replaced my product following standard procedures. With such an experience, I am now a loyal customer for life. I could not be happier with my Djärv surfboard bag, the materials and design are second to none. Highly recommend Db products and more so company culture.

The measure of a good business is how they handle an issue when 'THEY' make a mistake. The Db product is great as I have many but this last transaction has left me floundering. I was sent the wrong product which took about 5 days to reach Australia which is fantastic but it was a ski bag instead of the travel bag I ordered. It took them 6 days to respond to my service ticket by which time I had departed on my travels with out the bag I ordered for the trip. I gave them further information and it took them another 2 days to give me instructions on what 'I' needed to do to rectify their fuck up. The worst customer resolution support ever. I will not support a business that performs as badly as Db has in this instance and I shall not recommend their products (as I have done with resultant sales) again. Db you suck at customer service.
