I started using Curlsmith products in Europe and recently moved to North America and I order a few products in the beginning of July. Until now (August 10th) I haven’t received anything. I contacted the company that supposed to deliver the package and they couldn’t tell me where is the package. I contacted the Curlsmith customer service and they told me that they have to wait for the package to be returned to them! To be able to give me a solution ( refund or deliver the package again) who knows when this is gonna happen. For the meantime time I am with no product and I have no idea when I’m going to get them!! Embarrassing!!!!!!!
