Jerry Maguire's (Tom Cruise) quote of "Show me the Money!" drives the point that success is defined, in the end, by did we adequately serve the organization that hired us to do a job. Unless dealing with a non-profit, nearly all the good things a company does is made possible by being profitable. The 2019 Consumer Returns conference was a great way to hear, directly from retailers/customers, what we, as providers, need to do moving forward to serve them. I really enjoyed the time that customers shared the stage to convey their challenges. Great job to those customers, on stage and off stage for sharing their thoughts and experiences and for the team that orchestrated the Consumer Returns conference as it was so well done!
