I simply ordered online and it was delivered.

We purchased two James recliners. They are a beautiful color, true to the picture, and the leather is soft. The arms are a little lower than expected but not uncomfortably so. The seat is firm but will probably break in. The seat is wide enough for my 26 lb dog to lay next to me. The lower back is very supportive but I like it. They swivel and rock easily. Love them!

Was a bit anxious in anticipation of our delivery, hoping the six counter height swivel chairs we purchased were high quality.
