Cherrybrook - Magento (L)

I purchased a shampoo, but unfortunately, when it arrived, it had leaked. The shampoo bottle had been securely taped to prevent leakage and placed inside a zippered bag. There was also plenty of packing material inside the box when I opened it. However, there was no cushioning underneath the product, so it seems that it may have leaked due to some impact during shipping. I contacted Cherrybrook by email, and they responded promptly on the next business day. They kindly offered to send me a replacement. The replacement arrived yesterday, and this time there was plenty of packing material underneath the product as well. I received it in perfect condition. Their customer service was prompt and courteous, and I could tell that they genuinely care about handling their products carefully. I would definitely shop with Cherrybrook again.
