Poor fulfillment

Warranty is not that great you have to have purchased from the website etc. I have had Lululemon products warrantied after years of use and gotten an exchange without much hassle. When you pay this kind of price for what is to be long lasting gear you expect the same quality in service which I could not receive and did not.
