My first ever purchase of what became a much loved and admired umbrella from Business and Pleasure was an easy, excellent transaction coupled with first class delivery. My last purchase was a disaster. Slow, poor tracking when I was finally able to do this making me think it will possibly be the last time I’ll bother as purchasing on line is becoming more difficult mainly due to chosen courier services.
