The bed arrived well boxed and in great condition. I had all of the parts and did not experience any issues

Assembling the bunk beds was easy . Directions were great !

Great product just what we needed. Only negative is for me to put sheets on it.

Recieved order fairly quick. Bed was everything the ad said it was.
