My experience with Briggs and Riley directly has been great. I also bought a backpack from and airport store and that was a much different experience. The airport employee did not represent your brand well. I haven’t interacted with customer service yet and hope to not need to.

Good start. Like it as much as my old Tumi.

Love this backpack. It’s got so much room and pockets that actually make sense. Love it! Can’t beat the warranty either.
