I have been impressed with Breck’s customer service. We had ordered a particular Iris bulb; the bulb was delivered sans any roots. I quickly wrote Breck’s & immediately was told that they would replace the bulb. In a few weeks the new bulb was replaced & planted. We are awaiting Spring & the blooming Iris. We’ve been satisfied with our purchases from Breck’s.

Great products and I love the life time guarantee option. Great selection of tulips, dahlias , peonies, and all my favorite cut flowers. And the box is very pretty.

PLACED ORDER FOR 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS FOR 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. TWO HAVE RECEIVED THEIR ORDERB AND ARE HAPPY. SEEMS 1 ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT. STILL WAITING FOR THIS ORDER. NOT GETTING ANY NEW INFORMATION
