Terrible. I placed two orders before Christmas & neither has arrived!😢

I placed an order on Dec. 13th for four items to use as Christmas gifts and I still have not received it. I expected the items would arrive during the holiday season as the website said shipping usually takes 4 to 6 days (or up to 2 weeks if there is bad weather). I wanted to cancel the order on Jan. 2nd and receive a refund, however, customer service said this was not possible. Very disappointing and frustrating. If shipments are now taking extra time because of new clearance procedures in U. S. Customs, Bokksu should let customers know this on the website and provide a realistic shipping time.

Excellent Selection of Items. Always happy witht the packaging of the items and shipping. Received a gift of additional cookies and matcha kitkat bars. Contacted Customer Support to inquiry on expected delivery time and received a very quick response.

I still have not received the order!
