Great experience!

I sent an email stating I was unhappy with my purchase. A day later I got a reply that I would get store credit for the full amount. I bought something else that I like much better. I liked the quick response.

Great product

The puzzles are beautiful and arrived early. One made a cool addition to my Halloween decorations and I'm enjoying building the Fall one now.
