I like the meals, they have lots of vegetables and more fiber than other meals. There is a lot of variety with new meals coming out at times. When my one shipment was not delivered, they refunded me with not problems.

The diabetic meal plan has been a great support and delicious option with much variety as I eat them at dinner time. Hats off to the Chefs.

I have relied on food delivery services for years. I recently discovered BistroMD. It is by far the winner. It supplies me with the nutrition I need ie the vegetables and it tastes great.

The time my food arrives is very consistent. The service is wonderful. If there are questions and you call, they are handled professionally and solved in an appropriate manner.
