BiOrb did great with shipping, but FedX delivery was a mess. Both boxes were to be delivered together, but only 1 arrived. Other was promised for 3 consecutive days, never showing up. Calls to FedX are a challenge as tracking did not help. Finally received after hours tracking and calling “out of country” call centers for FedX.

Love it. Makes my tank look so good.
