When I emailed customer services I got a response quickly so I found that helpful. The shipping is very fast …for some reason I am finding it difficult to navigate the website in an efficient way to find everything I need easily. But that might just be me. I will persevere. Overall, no complaints with the service.

This is my first time using Bioeffect. I will evaluate it after finishing the 30 days treatment. I have been using the serum for about 2 weeks. So far I like it very much. The pigmentations around my eyes seem to be lighter. The redness around my nose is less visible. My face looks hydrated. I look forward to see how my skin improves in the next two weeks.
