Fantastic design! The install went well, but I would have appreciated a phone number to call when I had a question. The system works very well on my first test ride and will certainly be better after the learning curve. It could use a console/display to change modes on the fly as well as pedal assist, which is in development.

Communication, response, shipping, product are all top notch. Directions, supplies packaging spot on. Motor, battery and gearing work better than expected.
