I received my order order number 2816 I have requested from you a response on the fact that the chain is too large too long. I cannot wear it. Please reply with some kind of answer.

Terrible communication from the owner. The item did not ship on time and despite repeated attempts to contact, there has been no response. When the item finally arrived (well past the event), the wrong items was sent. I had ordered a brown finished and a blue one was sent. Never again.
