i needed a size down and was able to return and exchange it extremely easily! The first coat was uncreased - the new one, though, was placed in a smaller box and did have some creases. Please, for full coats always use a regular full sized box. My uncle used to rave about Bernardo 40 years ago - I wore them back then, too, and the only problem I found was the use of a non-wool fabric and the second box which caused creases. Otherwise, perfecto!

This coat looks amazing, feels great and the fit is true to size. I also appreciated the packaging upon arrival.
