Received an Empty Box of Chips in Order

We like the product, but we received an empty box in our delivery. We ordered 6 boxes of chips, and one of them had been cut open and emptied, so we were 24 short on an order we very much needed. I reached out to customer service, but never heard anything back. Also, we were set up with a wholesale code that never worked. When we attempted to reach out to Trey (who initially reached out to us to solicit the product and set us up), we never heard anything back. Not super happy.

Never received them!

I’ve tried twice to contact someone regarding my order, with negative results! So yes, your chips are terrible until I can get some results!

Almost a month and no chips!

Devoured them already? I haven't received them yet. I ordered them on April 23rd, and according to UPS, I won't receive them until May 17th. The shipping label was created on April 28th, but the package wasn't actually shipped until a few days ago! Was my order just sitting in your warehouse for two weeks?

Don’t order from Beanfield

I ordered $60 worth of chips 4 weeks ago and still have yet to ether receive them or get a refund. I love the chips themselves but this is just ridiculous. I’ve sent email after email requesting ether the chips or my refund and all I’ve gotten in return are emails asking me to review the chips I’ve yet to receive. If you want Beanfield chips buy them in a stor not online.

Sent me ranch instead now unresponsive to email.

They sent the wrong flavor and customer service is unreachable. I like the product but would avoid ordering from this company.
