My experience with Banish has been faultless from start to finish. Firstly, checking out the website, learning more about the foundation of Banish and the development of BRAD. Then navigating the website and finding products I was looking for. When I emailed a question to do with certain plastic lids and were they acceptable to return for recycling, I received a reply within a day - unexpectedly swift response, well done Banish! I have just returned my first batch of lids utilising the pre-paid address label printed at my local Post Office, an easy and efficient process.

So easy to ship off my items that I wanted recycled as I already had several small shoe boxes at home. In 10 minutes, the items were in the post thanks to the pre-paid labels.
