I’ve been using AB products for quite some time now, and The Rich Cream is, without a doubt, my favorite product in the entire range! The texture, the way it melts into the skin, and the overall glow it delivers are truly exceptional! It has become a staple in my routine, especially for maintaining a healthy, nourished complexion while keeping my melasma under control! That said, as someone who genuinely invests in and appreciates the brand, I would highly value more detailed guidance on how to use the full product line correctly. There is currently a lack of clear, structured education around layering and product combinations on the website. For example, it would be extremely helpful to understand: The correct order of application between The Mist, The Essence, The Serum, The Elixir, The Mask, The Cream, The Retinol, etc. Which products can be safely combined within the same routine; When each product is best used (morning vs evening, frequency, etc. ); Specific recommendations for skin concerns like melasma, where precision in routine really matters! Given the level of investment these products require, a more personalized approach would elevate the experience significantly. I would truly appreciate the option of a one-on-one consultation (for example, a Zoom session) with a trained specialist who can tailor a routine to individual skin needs! I absolutely love the products and the results they deliver: this kind of guidance would simply make the experience complete!
