Beautiful rug, shipped very quickly and it looks amazing in our living room. A little hard to attach the two mats to the cover but worth it in the end.

Shipped a couple of weeks after placing my order. Was carried by TNT and left at a collection location (a Newsagents near my place). Was easy to collect and easy to transport.
