I am happy with the machine and was considering buying two more to gift to my family. However, I recently changed the filter, and now the machine has started to stop filtering, with both the red and blue lights on, even though the tap water is still full (see photo). I am wondering if there are any available troubleshooting steps and why the machine is behaving this way when it was functioning properly when I bought it five months ago.
