I was going to write a horrible review, because I never received the hearing aid batteries I ordered. The tracking info said they were delivered, but I never saw them. But first, I decided to contact SoundBe and ask what might have gone wrong. I never heard a word directly from them, except to receive a notice of a second shipping at no cost to me. I received the order promptly, and instead of being a complaining whiner writing a bad review, I have nothing but praise for how this order was handled. I am guessing it was the carrier's problem, not SoundBe's, but they took responsibility, and that makes me very, very happy.

SounBe has a limited selection of accessories. I need cleaning tools & they aren't listed. Replacement parts (sender/receivers) are over priced in the entire industry.
