Following my contact with the Robautic website I can highly recommend the customer service as being amongst the best I have ever experienced. As a bit of a technophobe I was taken step-by-step through the ordering process and this was in the late evening when many other companies are unobtainable. I cannot say that I am someone who takes easily to writing reviews because of the aforementioned technophobic tendency however this company certainly deserved my making the effort.
