Nice quality product!

I just used my bag for a first trip and my initial impressions are overall very positive. The quality of the bag is top notch and even came with some additional features that I wasn't aware of. I got this bag to avoid paying spirit carry on fee's which one my first flight made it through fine. I still need to do further testing but as of now my only issue is the efficiency of the vacuum effect/chamber. I purchased the pump that came through the company and it did a decent job of removing excess air however the ad's/videos i saw appeared to do a much better job of shrinking clothes. I still need to test if the videos just used bulky clothing that compressed better and if a better vacuum source will make a difference. Also the bag was delayed in shipping and the Customer Service team was great and communicated timing with me and offered a freebee of a dirty garment bag unfortunately that never showed up. If that wasn't for the previous two points I would have given this a 5 star.
