The Morning Complete dietary supplement works really well for both me and my wife. I purposely held out from doing a review because I wanted to go at least a year to see if it still worked. Well, to my surprise, IT DOES!!! My wife and I have been using it for over a year now and we are both feeling better daily because we have regular restroom breaks in the morning. We do not have to go number 2 again until the next day. Please note that when we have, it was due to eating late or too much of rich-flavored foods.
