Everything went well with our mailbox purchase from National. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing major. There was a nut that was cross threaded on one of the lock sections for the USPS lock. We were able to salvage one from the previous mailbox, so we didn't contact National. Also, we ordered a set of anchor bolts and they did not show up with the mailbox. The bolt pattern was exactly the same as the previous mailbox so we didn't need them. However, a box from Home Depot showed up a few days later with anchor bolts. It would have been nice to have been let know that they would ship separately. Overall, we are very pleased.
