Customer Service Lacking.
I purchased a wedge from Vice in March 2026 and received it on April 13. When I inspected it, I found metal shavings in the grooves. I contacted Vice and was told to return the wedge, which I did on April 23. After that, I received no confirmation that they had received the return and no update on when a replacement would be sent.
Only in the past few days did Vice finally reach out to say a new wedge is on the way. It took repeated complaints to get any response. Their marketing is slick, but their customer service is not.
