I placed four orders for trade show giveaway items very close to the start date of my event. The next day, Stephen from ePromo called me and informed me that he had already started working on the design. I received the proof the following day.
I later discovered a mistake on my end and contacted Stephen to request a correction. He had to redo the design from scratch, which he handled promptly and professionally. Shortly after, I realized I might not receive all my orders before leaving for the trade show. I had not originally communicated a strict delivery deadline and was already down to about a week before departure.
I emailed Stephen, and he responded immediately. He assured me he would do everything possible and reached out to their production and shipping teams right away. Since he would be on vacation for the next couple of days, he also provided me with another contact person to ensure continuity.
One of the four orders shipped the very next day. Ultimately, I received all items just in time before leaving for the trade show.
All products—pens, bamboo jotters, bamboo power banks, and small bags—were of excellent quality. There were no damages upon delivery, the packaging was great, and everything matched exactly what was shown on their website.
