This is a tricky one…as my very first impression wasn’t turning out so well. My order arrived in a timely manner, after being notified that the file size I had sent was too small. They upsized it for me and that turned out great! But…my first batch of labels arrived with a misspelled word…in my business name no less! I was super bummed as I am preparing for our 6 week long Holiday Market that begins in 6 weeks! I contacted the customer service when they were open and after explaining the situation, and verifying with a photo submission, Superlabel Store agreed to replace them free of charge, and to rush them so they arrive in time! My opinion went from disappointment to satisfaction, because of their amazing customer service. The new, corrected woven labels are going to be perfect!
