I got the wrong product

Had a great experience, I was having trouble with my online order(my end not theirs) and I called and received great service. My package arrived a day earlier than expected and everything was correct.

Fly High Smoke Shop contacted me to inform me that my item was out of stock, and offered a comparable item instead. It was shipped shortly thereafter and there was no delay in receiving my item.
