I was purchasing a pedal for my husband for Christmas. I used the chat feature to ask questions, assuming an AI response. However, a real person responded by text answering my questions! The pedal was shipped right away, and when weather held up the delivery, the chat feature once again came in handy with a quick text response. I was so impressed! My husband loves his new pedal!

If you've never been into Tapestry (on Main street, Vancouver), do yourself a favor and go in. Its a beautiful shop with a great selection of gear and super friendly staff. 100% recommend.
