My last order took quite a long time to arrive, which was quite unusual based on past experience. One of the ink cartridges was missing. After I contacted them, I received the missing cartridge the very next day. It turns out it was not an emergency, but it was good to see them respond so quickly.

I love Quest4Toner. Ink is clean and works great in my Canon printer. Delivery was super quick also. Great job.

I think the ink is good and price is good. If you go to staples or Best Buy you pay double that’s why l choose 4-Toner.
