Shipped within a reasonable time. Extremely well packed and ready to go out of the box.

Ordering was fine. It took too long to acknowledge and ship. Once received, I was surprised by how flimsy the packaging was. The box was damaged and the chair not very protected inside. Luckily no actual damage to the chair once I opened it.
