I was treated reasonably well, but when you tell me I have a lifetime warranty on the remanufactured ink cartridges you sell from your business. That is what I expect.

Seems to work fine, although not Brother product.

High quality used products. Customer service replies quickly and doesn't squabble about issues that come up, though there are few.

Worked as advertised with no problems accepting the remanufactured cartridges on my Epson wp3820. Ink prints as good as the really expensive stuff Epson sells.
