I am a repeat customer and love this shop! I ordered a new planner for the upcoming school year and the cover I ordered was out of stock. Instead of withholding my order or sending a comparable alternative, the company sent me a planner with a temporary cover and a note that they would send the correct cover separately and that I can keep the additional cover at no cost to me. The cover I had ordered showed up very promptly after the inventory had been fulfilled. That is the kind of customer service that I have come to expect from Classic Office Products and is one of the many reasons that I come back year after year.
