Hi, the permanent ghost cartridges that are supposed to be snapping at one time use don’t have to be.They do work great. Don’t worry, instead of figuring out after you snapped in how to get it apart we can figure out how to get them apart before we snap together. Use the 120 to 160 grit sandpaper and sand the 90° edge off of tip of the ceramic that locks into the mouthpiece. Use an angle of about 30 to 45° your fingernail Shouldn’t get hooked on the pre-existing 90° angle tip of the ceramic stem so mouthpiece can’t click and snap

Ordered from THC a couple times and have never left a review, but after this last order I had to take some time to write one. Everything was wrapped up very well, but one of my dab rigs had a slight fracture in the glass upon arrival. I promptly sent them a photo along with my concerns and anxiously waited for their reply. Would they make me pay shipping to send it back? Or worse, say I broke it and tell me all sales are final? Within a couple days I heard back from the sales team, and rather than play the "it was fine when we shipped it to you game" the folks at THC simply sent me another one- no questions asked! Better service than my local headshop! Will order again.

I have another Airis Janus Kit from a local Vancouver outlet that became useless after a cartridge could no longer be screwed in. I prefer Airis to any other vaporizer and could not find one locally. I was pleased to find the Airis Janus Kits online at THC and ordered two. One of the two would not charge. THC promptly replaced it. I would order from THC again.
