Solved Problem Very Quickly!
Ordered from THC a couple times and have never left a review, but after this last order I had to take some time to write one. Everything was wrapped up very well, but one of my dab rigs had a slight fracture in the glass upon arrival. I promptly sent them a photo along with my concerns and anxiously waited for their reply. Would they make me pay shipping to send it back? Or worse, say I broke it and tell me all sales are final?
Within a couple days I heard back from the sales team, and rather than play the "it was fine when we shipped it to you game" the folks at THC simply sent me another one- no questions asked! Better service than my local headshop! Will order again.
