While looking for engagement ring styles, I had a lot of anxiety about going to a jeweler and feeling pressured. This try on kit allowed me to try rings on, get an idea of what designs I like - all in the comfort of my own home. I was able to wear it around doing some common tasks around the house, just to see how it felt on my hand, which I really appreciated being able to do. I do wish that discount that was offered in my try-on kit was appropriately timed with the timeline of my engagement! While I was very thankful to receive it, it expires in 30 days - and I wrote on my try on kit that I'll be getting engaged in 6-12 months! So, I wouldn't really be able to use it :( Overall - the customer service has been helpful and responsive!

Absolutely fantastic I highly recommend. They give the most personalized service and are hands on throughout the entire purchase process. I felt like my friends were helping me, not a business. Wonderful start to finish!
