I ordered my wife’s engagement ring and it was a very easy experience. Once I found what I liked online, I reached out to the Plum team and asked for more info. Once ordered they overnighted the ring and it was no issue at all! They are very friendly, easy to work with, great warranty and great products. Ours came with an appraisal which is great for insurance. We will be ordering the wedding band and they will use our purchased ring in their cad system to pair it properly. Very pleased!
