This device is everything I was hoping it would be. Gives me a little piece of mind to know that first responders can have ready access to my medical history. I accidentally ordered my bracelet with the wrong length for the chain. I returned it and asked that they resize the bracelet, and they did so at no charge. Great customer service.

Easy to do. Very efficient. Ability to print health record makes filling out doctor forms easy-just give them a copy! MedicAlert gives me confidence when traveling-my info is immediately available to emergency responders.
