Charles and Colvard

Great items but customer service is unknown. I cannot talk to anyone, have anyone call me, get information on my issue I have been trying to resolve for 2 weeks. I went with Charles & Colvard because the reviews said customer service was good. This is not my case . . . please have someone call me at 256-955-5901 during the work day (central time) or 719-310-0641 after 4pm.
