When ordering this ring we ran into some delivery delays, but despite that everytime I reached our Charles and Colvard responded back and was very helpful. Not hiding from me which I’ve had experience from other companies when issues arrived. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to talk to me when I reached out for checking in on my ring’s manufacturing stages.

I own multiple pieces both lab diamond and moissanite. I have even taken the rings to get appraised at my brick and mortar jeweler. They were very impressed with the quality of the stones. The jewelry is sparkly and elegant without breaking the bank. People comment on it all the time!
