It was stated buy one get one free but only received 1. These was on 2 items. No support, very disappointed

Arrived with 2 stones missing. I have retunred it to Cernucci, which I had to pay to return. I have not heard any progress yet. I am expecting a replacement at this was a Birthday gift. Hopefully it will be quality checked before being sent - tried to add picture but it wouldn't process the review.

Tried to exchange trousers to smaller size worst customer service making me return full tracksuit plus the bag that came free

Amazing quality for the top and the bottoms however I can’t zip the jacket up but I also can’t be bothered to send it back and wait for a new one to be sent out. The only problem I’ve had with all the items I’ve bought from cernucci
