Never received my order, questioned it with the help team at Cernucci and was told it was being investigated with evri and have not heard anything yet. Ordered these on the 4th of December and still do not have them.

I have not yet received my order and have attempted to contact your company multiple times without a response. I have also requested a refund, but have not received any confirmation. The lack of communication from your company is unsatisfactory, and I will be escalating this matter further.

I recently purchased the Multi Gemstone Motif Bracelet, but unfortunately the bracelet has gone missing due to the loose clasp/locker not holding properly. It came undone while I was wearing it, and I wasn’t able to find it afterwards. I wanted to let you know about this issue as it seems to be a fault with the clasp.
