I have loved RW Fine since it was RingWraps but my most recent experience was mind blowing. I ordered my daughter custom earrings for her birthday. There was no guarantee that they would be ready in time and I knew that from the start. I called on July 3 to see if they were ready but the store was closed. They called me back and stated that they were closed in observation of July 4th— I fully understood that and it was ok with me. I did inform them that it was her birthday and they immediately jumped into action. One of their employees insisted that she was going to the store (a 45 minute drive for her) to make the earrings available so that my daughter would have them on her birthday. It was truly a situation of going above and beyond. She was so incredibly kind and generous with her time. I’m so grateful and beyond touched that they cared so much. I really wish I could better describe how much it meant and how unexpected that level of customer service is. I will forever be a loyal customer who loves this business!!!

Every time I have ordered with RW they have went above and beyond to help with my order . My wife loves every piece she has from RW.
