I cannot stress enough how amazing the service is at Ralph Jacobs! We are so happy with the rings and the engraving they did. They listened to us every step of the way and even sent us a 3D model so we could get an idea of what it would look like. Just amazing!

The service I received has been top notch, I purchased an engagement ring from the UK to pick up when I arrived in SA - Sameeya was absolutely amazing and so helpful every step of the way. The communication was exceptional whilst navigating awkward logistics to organise me being able to collect the ring on arrival in Cape Town…she really went above and beyond and kept me well informed, I’ve been made to feel very special and valued!! As for the ring itself, the craftsmanship is wonderful…it is truly beautiful and I just know my partner is going to absolutely adore it! Oh, and the free earrings have made a perfect gift on top of it all!! I couldn’t recommend Ralph Jacobs enough, not only for the products but also for the level of service…WOW!!!
